Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day formal and informal supervision of respective home visiting program staff (i.e. individual supervision, informal consultation, field supervision, volunteers, and group facilitators). This is a part-time, 20-hour per week position. Please inquire if you are interested in a full-time position.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in recruitment and selection of staff.
Provide orientation and in-service training to all staff, volunteers, and group facilitators.
Conduct record reviews for the purpose of continued quality improvement.
Supervise service delivery and case management of the respective home visiting program and service components.
Monitor and evaluate staff and volunteer performance.
Act as a lead facilitator for parenting groups.
Some evenings and occasional weekend days required.
Minimum required knowledge, skills, and personal characteristics include:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, Master's Degree preferred.
Experience and skills in clinical supervision (min. 2 years former experience).
Knowledge in maternal-infant health and child abuse and neglect, 0-5 population.
Experience in providing services to culturally diverse communities/families and the ability to culturally sensitive and appropriate.

Full-Time Home Visitor
We are currently seeking a full-time Home Visitor for our Healthy Families Team. This is a 40-hour/week, full-time, benefits eligible position.
The Home visitor is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular and long-term contact/support with families. This activity will occur primarily within the family's home and be intensive (each visit lasting for up to at least one hour). Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing intensive support services to families.
Developing Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSP) with goals, objectives, and activities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Participating in weekly reflective supervision, case consultation, and staff meetings.
Some evenings and occasional weekend days required.
Minimum required knowledge, skills, and personal characteristics include:
High School Diploma plus the ability to act independently with maturity and self-awareness in a non-judgmental and nurturing manner (through 2 years relevant job or own parenting experience); or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Development, Nursing, or related field.
